Who We Are

This website is operated by Xenium Cloud Technologies, Utrecht, the Netherlands (“we”). Aktuara is a product of Xenium Cloud Technologies, built on XePlatform.

What This Policy Covers

This policy covers personal data collected through this website. Data processed inside a customer’s own infrastructure by the Aktuara platform is governed by the customer agreement, under which the customer is the controller.

Data We Collect

Enquiries: the contact form does not send data to us. It opens your own email app with a prepared message; when you send it, we receive your name, organisation, email and message by email.

Cookies: we set one essential cookie to remember your cookie choice. If you accept, we may set optional analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. Your theme choice is stored in your browser’s local storage and is not sent to us.

Server logs: our hosting provider processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.

Why We Use It

To answer your enquiry and discuss a possible pilot (legitimate interest or steps before a contract), to operate and secure the website (legitimate interest), and for optional analytics (consent).

Retention

Enquiry emails are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact unless a contract requires longer. You can change your cookie choice at any time using Cookie Settings in the footer.

Your Rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing, by emailing hi@xeplatform.com. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
